01 // the lineup

Pour one.
The world re-brews.

Eight year-rounders. Pick any of them and the glass in front of the Olympics changes with it — colour, clarity, the head, the carbonation. Brilliant straw through to a porter you cannot see daylight through.

02 // the cold glass

Cold to
the touch.

A pint this cold fogs everything near it — this page included. Your breath beads up on the glass, the drops begin to run, and through every one of them you can just make out where this beer is about to take you.

Locally owned. Family run. Kitsap County water, Northwest hops, and thirty years of not selling to anybody.

The brewhouse: stainless mash tun and kettle, steam catching shafts of morning daylight.
Whole Northwest hop cones on the bine, backlit and wet with dew.
Puget Sound looking west to the Olympic Mountains: layered ranges fading into blue haze, snow on the high peaks.

One rises,
and then the next.
